Sara Cluderay offers singing/music consultancy services and singing workshops to schools, colleges and corporate clients, as well as other organisations such as places of worship and amateur choirs.

There are several types of service on offer:

  • Small group vocal tuition for schools and colleges

  • Staff training (INSET and CPD) for singing classes in primary schools, including use of the Sing Up resource to assist classroom teachers to deliver music and singing classes
  • Establishing and/or assisting with choirs in schools, colleges or work-places, including "Can't Sing" Choirs
  • Singing and music workshops in schools, linked to the curriculum (all ages and key stages)
  • Singing and music workshops for corporate clients
  • Vocal workshops for established amateur choirs

These services are available on a project basis, as a one-off visit, or for regular weekly sessions, according to your requirements

Fees

Consultancy services are offered at the rate of £250 per day (up to 5 hours) or at £45 per hour for bookings greater or less than 5 hours.

Sara Cluderay holds full Public Liability Insurance and Public Indemnity Insurance, as well as CRB Police Check clearance.

Sara Cluderay - Singer, Vocal Tuition & Consultancy was established in 2008 to provide vocal tuition and singing consultancy to the Education sector, in schools and for corporate and other clients. I am based in London and am a sole trader.

Quality is important to my business because I value my customers. I strive to provide my customers with services which meet and even exceed their expectations. I am committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving my performance.

I have the following systems and procedures in place to support me in my aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout my business:- 

  1. regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
  2. a customer complaints procedure
  3. selection and performance monitoring of my work against set criteria
  4. further training and self- development for myself as a service provider
  5. regular audit of my internal processes
  6. measurable quality objectives which reflect my business aims
  7. management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints
  8. monitoring and review of results produced by customers

My internal procedures are reviewed regularly. The policy review date is 01/01/2012.
